DELIVERY POLICY

Lemonshade Design entrusts Evri Courier service to deliver the lampshades safely to your door.

For delivery within the UK, delivery time can be between 3-5 days after dispatch. Please be mindful that it can take up to 2 weeks to create your lampshade before we dispatch with Evri, tracking number will be provided.​

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a damaged lampshade, please let us know immediately via email lemonshadedesign@gmail.com
