DELIVERY POLICY

Lemonshade Design entrusts Hermes Courier service to deliver our lampshades safely to your door.

For delivery within the UK, delivery time can be between 3-5 days after dispatch. Please be mindful that it can take our team 2-3 weeks to create your lampshade before we dispatch with Hermes.

Due to COVID, Hermes will not be taking any signatures when they have delivered your lampshade. We will provide you a Hermes tracking number for you to keep track of your special parcel.

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a damaged lampshade, please let us know immediately via email lemonshadedesign@gmail.com

Note: Due to Brexit and border closures, we have made the decision to stop EU shipping. Hopefully in the future we will be able to offer this service.
